Can I get my ADJ piece repaired if it breaks?

Absolutely! Please send us an email at amydelsonjewelry@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you. There may be a shipping as well as a repair fee. 

Where is my order?

ADJ orders ship from NYC and generally arrive within 5-10 business days from sending, pending any availability issues. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. What materials are used?

Genuine gemstones, each one hand chosen by Amy for color and character, are named in the product descriptions whenever used. Sterling silver and 22k gold are used where indicated. Czechoslovakian glass beads, brass, copper, and other base metals may also be used, as well as natural materials like wood, coral and shell. Please see our Care page for tips on keeping your ADJ clean and safe for generations to come.  

Can Amy make a custom piece using my own elements?

Amy loves to collaborate and up-cycle clients' elements into something new that they love to wear. If you have stones, beads, talismans, a pendant, one earring, broken jewelry, etc., Contact Us and we can explore using them.  

Does Amy Delson Jewelry work with or support non-profit organizations?

Through her jewelry collection, Amy supports several philanthropic institutions, including Save a Child's Heart, Look Good Feel Better, GEMS, Batey Girls, Nomi Network, Strength to Strength, TADA! Youth Theater and Stray from the Heart. We are always open to hearing about new opportunities to give back.
